Learning to spring

Choose How to Play from the main menu for the guided tutorial. Touch and pull to aim your launch, then release. On the next platform, use the catch and balance controls to steady the ball before the next jump.

A purchase is missing

Open Shop and choose Restore Purchases while using the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Restore does not charge you again. If it still does not appear, email us with the product name, purchase date and order reference. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Reporting a problem

Tell us your device model, iOS or Android version, Springbound version and what happened just before the issue. A screenshot or short recording can help. Remove personal information from anything you send.

Accounts and leaderboards

Gameplay can be enjoyed offline. Online features need a connection and may vary by build and platform. If sign-in is unavailable in your testing build, you can continue playing locally.
