Privacy policy
This policy explains how Incognito Generation handles information when you play Springbound or contact support.
Playing on your device
Your local progress, best scores, earned sparks, ball selection, tutorial completion, settings and purchase entitlements are stored on your device. Core gameplay does not require an online account. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove local progress.
Optional accounts and leaderboards
When you choose an available online sign-in option, Unity Authentication processes a player identifier and authentication information. Google sign-in, Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple and Game Center use provider-issued identifiers or tokens; Springbound does not receive your Google or Apple password. Online leaderboards process your player identifier, display name and submitted best score. Your display name and score may be visible to other players. Availability varies by platform and build. Guest sign-in is also available.
Unity and your sign-in provider may process network and technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot their services. See Unity’s privacy policy Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles payments. Springbound uses Unity In-App Purchasing to receive product, transaction and entitlement information needed to grant and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details. A store may retain transaction records independently under its own policies.
Advertising
Advertising is disabled in the current Springbound testing build. The app includes Google AdMob integration for supported ad-enabled releases. When enabled, Google may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. The integration requests non-personalised ads and uses Google’s consent tools where applicable. Buying Remove Ads or Remove Ads + All Balls disables interstitial ads. This policy will be reviewed before advertising is enabled.
Support requests
If you contact us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as a device model, screenshot or purchase reference. We use this information to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Retention and your choices
Local information stays on your device until it is reset or removed. Online account and leaderboard information is retained while needed to provide those features, unless deleted. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.
Where available, Settings → Delete Online Account requests deletion of the online player account and related leaderboard data. Local progress and store purchases are separate. You can also request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@incognitogeneration.com. Include your player identifier if available; we may need to verify ownership. Do not send a password. Apple and Google manage their own account and transaction records.
Children
Springbound is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Service providers and changes
Information needed for online features and purchases may be processed by Unity, Apple or Google in countries other than your own, under their applicable privacy terms. We update this page when Springbound’s data practices change.
